## Narrative
Ezryl Fajnzylberg, also recorded as Izrael or Israel, was born about 1761. He married [[Etel]], and their son [[Lejbus Zelik Fajnzylberg (b.1790)]] — recorded in his father's death act as "Leybzyk Fainsilber" — carried the family into Głusk, a town southwest of Lublin.[^death]
He died at Głusk on 15 February 1831, at four o'clock in the afternoon, aged 70.[^death] The death was registered the following morning, 16 February, by two of his neighbors: Herszek Tarto, a cooper, and Herszek Szwarcman, a synagogue attendant, who together confirmed the death before the record was drawn up and read back to them.[^death] The surname appears in the sources in several forms — Fajnzylberg, Feinzilber, Fainsilber — and his given name alternates between Ezryl, Izrael, and Israel across the same records.
