He is mentioned as present in grandson Josef's 1811 birth as Chaim Leybowicz. I have been unable to 100% confirm that the Chaim Leybowicz who died at House #94 in Żółkiewka in 1822 is the same person. I added the death date, and the associated son - Zanwel - who also lived in the same house, since the age matches up very well to the age mentioned in Josef's birth record.Â
